Accessibility statement

Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA across web and mobile, in every supported language.

Our target

WCAG 2.2 level AA across web and mobile, in English, Spanish and French. Accessibility is checked as part of the definition of done for every feature, not audited afterwards.

What that means here

  • Contrast: every text colour clears 4.5:1 against its own surface in both themes, and no interface element uses neutral grey text.
  • Colour is never the only signal — every status carries an icon and a text label as well.
  • Full keyboard operation with a visible focus ring on every interactive element.
  • Dynamic type and relative units throughout; no fixed text widths, tested with 35% text expansion.
  • Reduced-motion support honoured at the CSS level and available as an account preference.
  • Tap targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels on primary actions.
  • Screen-reader labels on every control, and live regions for status changes that do not interrupt mid-sentence.

Known gaps

Right-to-left layouts are prepared for but not yet shipped, because no RTL language has launched. Some third-party payment screens are outside our control; we test them and report issues to the provider.
