Not a medical device

NurturaCare is intended for general wellness, education, record organisation, reminders and user-controlled communication. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

What the safety layer does and does not do

When you record a reading or a symptom, deterministic rules written and reviewed by clinicians decide which of four messages you see: call emergency services, contact your care team now, discuss at your next visit, or general self-care.

That decision is about who to contact. It is not a statement about what is wrong with you, and it is not a substitute for being assessed by a clinician.

What the AI does and does not do

AI features organise your own records and explain medically reviewed material in your language. They cannot diagnose, cannot recommend treatment or medication changes, and cannot weaken or remove a safety message. Every AI response is checked against those prohibitions before you see it, and rejected outright if it violates them.

Ranges and thresholds

Target ranges shown in the app come from your care team or from clinician-reviewed platform baselines. The app does not invent thresholds, and an organisation may tighten a platform baseline but may never weaken it.

In an emergency

Call your local emergency number. This application does not contact emergency services for you, and it does not monitor your account for emergencies in real time.
