What the service is

NurturaCare is an education, organisation and communication platform for pregnancy, high-risk care and postpartum recovery. It helps you record information, understand approved educational material, prepare for appointments and coordinate support.

What the service is not

NurturaCare does not diagnose conditions, predict clinical events, or recommend treatment or medication changes. It does not replace your care team, and it does not contact emergency services on your behalf.

Safety guidance in the app routes you to emergency services or your care team using clinician-approved rules. It is a routing decision, not an assessment of your condition.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for deciding what to share and with whom.

You must not use the service to provide medical advice to others, to impersonate a clinician, or to upload content you have no right to share.

Organisation-provided accounts

If your account was provided by a clinic, employer or health plan, that organisation configures your programme and may see the information you explicitly share with them. It never sees your private journal, and an employer never sees individual pregnancy status.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing and keep access until the end of the paid period. Your records remain yours either way, and you can export them before or after cancelling.

Ending your account

You may request deletion at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to harm others, and we will tell you why unless legally prevented from doing so.
